Injury prevention

Focuses on regaining proper neuromuscular control through: Biofeedback. Balance exercises. Core and lower extremity strengthening. Instruction in postural awareness and body mechanics. mobility and flexibility for injury prevention. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is a more advanced form of flexibility training, which involves both the stretching and contracting of the muscle group being targeted. PNF stretching is one of the most effective forms of stretching for improving flexibility and increasing range of motion.

SPEED AGILITY training

Physical exercises which are designed to improve strength and endurance. Agility refers to the ability to start, stop, and change direction quickly while maintaining proper posture.  Therefore, agility training is a type of exercise training that incorporates short bursts of movement that involve changes of direction.

It's important to understand how important the mind is when exercising. We test our clients mental capacity by putting them through vigorous routines and challenging them to give their best effort.

Working out with a crowd carries a plethora of intertwined benefits that include enhancing consistency, endurance motivation, conversation and inspiration.  Our group training sessions are intense,  positive and fun!  We have competitions that challenges our clients to always get better.

Personal training that will give you the boost you need and having someone in your corner to push and encourage you.  We will set realistic goals based on your abilities and make adjustments where necessary.  We ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and efficiently, in order to maximize results.

We will travel to your home or track & field  for one on one and group training.  We focus on critiquing technique & form  when exercising for proper technique.
