How to get started training with NLF? 

 

Website instructions for Group Training

 

    1.    Create a Profile using the Athletes' First and Last Name. 

    2.    Select the Pricing & Packages tab.

    3.    Purchase a Package or Plan.

    4.    Select the Book Online tab.

    5.    Change the service from Private Training to Group Training

    6.    Select Book Now to start scheduling your time slots.

 

 

Using “Fit by Wix App" instructions  for Group Training

 

    1.    Download Fit by Wix App

    2.    Create a Profile using the Athletes First and Last Name.

    3.    Select Pricing Tab

    4.    Purchase a Package or Plan.

    5.    Select the Schedule Tab to book a session

    6.    Select a time slot then select BOOK!
