Elevate your game this competitive season with our specialized training program designed to enhance speed, agility, and explosiveness. This program not only focuses on peak performance but also incorporates active recovery techniques to keep your body strong, resilient, and injury-free.
Tailored specifically for in-season fall/winter sports and club sports like volleyball and basketball, it's also adaptable to suit athletes from other sports.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- 
Baseline & Follow-Up Testing 
- 
Athletes meet for 6 months (2 sessions per week) 
- 
60-90 minutes of Sports Performance Training (SPT) 
- 
15-30 minutes of Active Recovery Training (ART) 
- 
15-30 minutes of Mental Performance Training (MPT) 
- 
15-30 minutes of Sports Nutrition Training (SNT) 
- 
At-Home Digital Workouts for Holidays 
SCHEDULE:
- 
Mondays & Tuesdays: 60 minutes of SPT 
- 
Wednesday & Thursdays: 15-30 minutes of both SPT + ART or MPT + SNT

This experience focuses on building team cohesiveness while enhancing speed, agility, strength, vertical jump, and mental toughness. With a strong emphasis on in-season maintenance and recovery, each session helps athletes perform at their best both individually and as a unified team. It's the perfect way to strengthen bonds, elevate performance, and prepare for success, together.
