GROWTH SEASON - Your off-season defines your in-season

As a dedicated athlete, off-season is where true growth happens —it's the most crucial time of your career. This is the season that offers you the opportunity to add inches to your vertical jump, hone your skills, build strength, total body coordination for standout performance, and elevate your game to the next level. 

The difference between getting noticed and getting overlooked? Is your training during the off-season. If you're not jumping higher, moving faster, and improving your reaction time, someone else is.

 

​The Summer Soar '25 Program is designed for serious volleyball, basketball, and multi-sport athletes who want to develop elite-level explosiveness, vertical, and speed. If you're struggling to reach the net, finish at the rim, or get recruited - this is your solution.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • 12-Week Small Group Training (3-8 slots per group)

  • Baseline, Mid- & Follow-Up Testing

  • Elite Vertical & Speed Development

  • Sports-Specific Strength & Plyometric Training

  • Active Recovery, Flexibility & Mobility Sessions

  • Access to the BIOMOTIVES Recovery Center

  • Slow-to-Fast Twitch Dynamic Warm-Up Guide

  • 120 minutes of Sports Performance Training (SPT) per week

  • 60 minutes of Active Recovery Training (ART) per week

  • Independence Week At-Home Program

  • Access to our NLF Nutrition Course 

SCHEDULE:​​

  • Group A: Mondays & Wednesdays (Small Group SPT)

  • Group B: Tuesdays & Thursdays (Small Group SPT)

  • Fridays: Recovery Day (Small Group ART)
