Take your figure skating skills to the next level with our Ice Flight class at No Limit Fitness KC. This class is perfect for dedicated skaters who are eager to improve and are willing to put in the work. We focus on strength, conditioning, agility, balance, mental training, and plyometrics to help you achieve your skating goals. Push yourself to new heights with Ice Flight.

Cancellation Policy

No Limit Fitness General Policy At No Limit Fitness, we provide a structured, high-level training environment built on consistency, accountability, and athlete development. By enrolling in any program, you agree to the following: Commitment to Training All programs are progressive. Athletes are expected to commit to the full duration, as each session builds on the next. No Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable. This includes paid-in-full plans, deposits, and payment plans. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, schedule conflicts, injury, illness, or early withdrawal. Injury Policy If an athlete is injured, training will be modified when possible. This may include adjusted exercises, mobility, or recovery work. The program will not be canceled, and athletes are expected to continue within their capacity. Scheduling Policy Sessions must be booked in advance (minimum 48 hours when applicable). Athletes are expected to remain consistent with their assigned days and times throughout the program. Cancellation & Missed Sessions Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a forfeited session. Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be made up and may count as used. Make-Up Sessions Make-ups are not guaranteed and are only offered if scheduling allows. Options may include attending another session, training at another location, or receiving a workout plan. Vacation Policy Advance notice is required for travel. Athletes may receive alternative options such as a workout plan or different session time if available. No refunds are provided. Arrival & Conduct Athletes must arrive on time and ready to train. Respect, coachability, and effort are expected at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. Health & Safety Athletes should not attend if they are sick or contagious. We reserve the right to limit participation for safety. Results Disclaimer Results depend on effort, consistency, recovery, and habits outside of training. We provide the system, but outcomes are earned. Agreement By participating in No Limit Fitness, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
