Our mission is to promote a new family dynamic that includes active health and wellness together. Wellness is the process of being aware of your actions and making choices that help you live a healthier lifestyle. All attendees will participate and experience each essential component of self-care: mental health, physical health, nutrition, and recovery. Each coach will provide an interactive 30 min segment to teach, demonstrate, and connect their skills and expertise. Our goal is to create a fun impactful experience filled with hands-on, visual, and engaging activities that nurtures personal development while promoting family cohesion.
